1.4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

5.1. Personal data will be processed until account deletion (if applicable), and then:

a) for the period required to fulfill legal obligations;

6.2. To exercise these rights, the Administrator may verify the User’s identity to prevent unauthorized access. For Users without an account, identity verification may not be possible, as the data do not include personal identity.

6.3. Users may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. DATA RECIPIENTS AND TRUSTED PARTNERS
